Pickler shares ‘Best Days' with ‘Makeover'
Albemarle native Kellie Pickler just landed her first Top 10 country single with “Best Days of Your Life” after a few Top 20 postings. She's now to appear on ABC's “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.”
Pickler and the “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” crew surprised the Terpenning family of Beavercreek, Ohio, on Thursday. The singer will work alongside the “Makeover” crew to demolish and rebuild the family's house, then she'll perform on the “Move That Truck” reveal show.
“‘Extreme Makeover: Home Edition' is such a magical show because it is all about giving back,” Pickler said. “I'm thrilled to be a part of it.” She said she'll be Twittering about her experience at www.twitter.com/therealpickler. The episode is set to air in the fall. Observer News Services
‘Enthusiasm' gathers ‘Seinfeld' cast
Larry David says the on-screen reunion of the “Seinfeld” cast will be “tough to beat.”
The “Seinfeld” co-creator and “Curb Your Enthusiasm” creator-star said the cast will appear together in the finale of the upcoming seventh season of the HBO comedy.
It marks the first time in 11 years that Jerry Seinfeld, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Jason Alexander and Michael Richards have appeared together on screen.
David said the “Seinfeld” stars will appear in five “Curb” episodes during the season in a storyline about the cast reuniting. He says he worked closely with Seinfeld on the show-within-a-show script. He also says an actual “Seinfeld” reunion is unlikely. Associated Press
