Karen is married and lives with her husband Peter, 14-year-old daughter Hayley and 18-year-old stepdaughter Krissy in Huntersville, along with her Border Collie, Cody the Rocket. She is also stepmom to Krissy’s twin sister, Mandy and 23-year old Alex. She works full-time in Marketing for Baker & Taylor, and somehow finds the time to also work out at a gym, walk four miles a day with her dog, and take Yoga classes.
