Congrats to Candice Whetzel, who won the $45 at Tizzerts! Here's what Candice said about herself: "My husband and I live in Monroe, we have been married just over a year and we currently have 3 dogs and are expecting our first child, daughter Zoe Brooke in November. I have always been a big fan of everything sweet, always making or ordering cakes for myself and others for special occasions. This was truly centered around the fact that I will be turning 28 on August 21st, and will be graduating from Strayer University with a Masters in Health Services Administration, on August 22nd. The 22nd also marks the 28th week point of my pregnancy. This to me seemed to be a HUGE reason to celebrate all that is good in life."
