Need a babysitter Sunday?
Queens University of Charlotte invites you to bring your children to Babysitting for a Cause on Sunday, Nov. 15, from noon to 5 p.m.
The fundraiser will benefit the Rebuilding New Orleans group for two upcoming trips to rebuild the St. Bernard Parish in New Orleans.
The babysitting event will be held on campus in Rex’s Lair- a community space that is the perfect place to do crafts, bake cookies, and have a ton of fun! We will have a student greeting all families at the clock tower circle off of Radcliff Ave. You will be able to walk with your children to the Rex’s Lair to drop them off. The last pick-up time will be at 5 p.m.
The students are asking for a donation in return for the babysitting. There is no set cost.
This is a perfect time to get some Christmas shopping in or go catch the Panthers game at a friend’s house. Please contact Nicole Ayala at 704-337-2596 or ayalan@queens.edu for any further questions or to RSVP. We ask that there be no children under 2 years of age.
