Meth lab found in pregnant woman's house; 5 arrested

ROCK HILL, S.C. Drug agents arrested five York County residents after they say one of two meth labs found this weekend was in a pregnant woman's Rock Hill bedroom.

Agents with the York County Multi-jurisdictional Drug Unit charged 37-year-old David Manning Henson Jr. of Rock Hill after finding that he was in the process of manufacturing methamphetamines in a bedroom of a Museum Road residence Friday night, said Commander Marvin Brown.

His girlfriend, 41-year-old Bobbie Jo Wulf, was charged with exposing a child to manufacturing methamphetamine, Brown said. She is six months pregnant.

Henson was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, trafficking methamphetamine, possession of a firearm and other drug charges, according to a York County Sheriff's Office report.

Officers with the drug unit and the State Law Enforcement Division searched Henson's residence late Friday and found that Henson was making a large quantity of meth, the report said.

The search turned up 333.5 grams of methamphetamine, 357.9 grams of marijuana, various lab equipment and chemicals used to make meth. Officers seized two vehicles, seven guns and $300 cash.
