SKIN
Chances are, if you are preparing for your wedding, you're old enough to know better. Kick those bad skin habits once and for all.

Caudalie's Gentle Cleanser
You have: Sensitive skin
The habit: Torturing your delicate face with every cleanser under the sun, yet still getting a reaction.
The fix: Do a little research and read the back of product labels you've tried. You may find one key ingredient in each cleanser that is sending your skin into defense mode. Finding products without the nasty culprit may make a huge difference. Try a creamy cleanser free of extra fragrances and fillers. I love Caudalie's Gentle Cleanser.

Jurlique's Clarifying Lotion
You have: Oily/combination skin
The habit: Scrubbing your face until you're rosy and red in hopes of combating oil.
The fix: Stripping the skin of its natural oils makes it kick into overdrive to replenish what it lost. Jurlique's Clarifying Day Care Lotion has a light, fresh scent and helps re-balance skin to keep oil at bay.

Kiehl's Spot Treatment

You have: Mild discoloration, uneven tone.
The habit: Piling on foundation and concealer in hopes of covering various dark spots.
The fix: Get to the root of the problem. A common concern is the dark footprints blemishes often leave behind. Try Kiehl's Brightening Botanical Spot Treatment and follow this strategic plan: Once a blemish is beginning to heal, dab a small amount onto the skin for several days. Stay faithful and you'll notice the difference.

Proactiv
You have: Blemishes
The habit: Overloading skin with harsh products causing extreme dryness, peeling and redness.
The fix: Give your skin a breather and let it heal - then plan your strategic attack. Far too often we try a treatment for 48 hours, angrily stare at the dry, flaky spot looking back at us and then and add moisturizer. Not only are we confusing our skin, but we aren't getting any closer to clear skin. Stick with a regimen like the new, more gentle Proactiv Solution. They also have a new Wedding Kit especially for brides desperate for clear skin before and after the big day.

HAIR
Sure, you could force your hair into submission by demanding it behave under a pile of products. But why work against nature instead of work with it? Try these tips to encourage your hair's natural style for a fresh, effortless look.

Carol's Daughter Hair Milk
Coarse/Curly: Lock in moisture and add definition with Carol's Daughter Hair Milk.

Frizz-Ease
Straight: Smooth flyaways, add moisture and repair damage with Frizz-Ease Smooth Start Shampoo and Conditioner from the John Frieda Collection.

Ouidad
Wavy/Curly: Keep locks hydrated and frizz-free with a line devoted totally to curls, Ouidad. Try the Climate Control Heat and Humidity Gel.

Jonathan Infinite Volume
Fine: Add all over volume and fullness with Jonathan INFINITE VOLUME Thickening Foam.

Wen's Almond Mint Cleanser
All hair types: Whether you have color-treated or untouched hair, long locks or a short shag, Wen's Sweet Almond Mint Cleansing Conditioner brings hair back to life while adding shine and body.
