A front-page story in some editions Monday incorrectly referred to Osama bin Laden as Obama. In the same story, a photograph cutline wrongly said two aircraft hit the same tower of the World Trade Center. The planes hit different towers.

A front-page story on Sunday incorrectly reported that Chauncey Sterling, who is charged in the death of Robert Barber, was staying with a relative on Johnston Road, six miles from the crime scene. Police say Sterling was staying with the relative in an apartment off Simsbury Road, about half a mile away from where Barber was killed.

A story in Sunday's Big Picture section incorrectly described Mecklenburg Youth Voice, a group that promotes civic leadership in high school students. It is a program of the nonprofit Kids Voting Mecklenburg.
