Hough at Hopewell, Tuesday, 7:30 p.m.: Game between nearby rivals should draw a big crowd and be the evening's best doubleheader. Hough's girls (4-3, 1-0 I-Meck) should challenge No. 6 Hopewell (5-3, 1-0).
High Point Wesleyan at Charlotte Latin, Friday, 7:30 p.m.: Wesleyan's first trip to Charlotte this week wasn't so good, with a loss to Sweet 16 No. 2 Northside. Friday, Wesleyan returns, bringing No.2-ranked national sophomore recruit Theo Pinson.
Queens Grant at Kennedy Charter, Monday, 7:30 p.m.: Newest Kennedy Charter player B.J. Gladden, who transferred from Olympic, will make his debut. Gladden, a former Queens Grant player, is expected to start. Leading scorer Donte Clark also played at Queens Grant, along with Kennedy Charter forward Che Bob.
United Faith at Fayetteville Trinity Christian, Thursday, 7:30: This has become a rivalry game in recent years and shouldn't disappoint this time around. United Faith (6-3) has won four of its past five games for new coach Muggsy Bogues.
