Giveaway: Holiday glam!
One of our Charlotte-area mark friends, Ashleigh Angelette, offered some tips for glamming up your holiday. She not only hails from Charlotte, but also signs her emails Love & Lipgloss. So I gotta love her. Here's her Q&A:
Top three tips for glamming up your holiday look: - Metallics & Sparkles! Whether it's metallic eyeshadow, sequin dress, or tons of jewelry, I think the holidays are meant for glitter and sparkles. - Bold eye makeup - smokey eyes, dark liner, thick lashes. - High heels - always a must!
My one must have cosmetic product: - Mascara/Eyelash curler. I think eyes make or break your total look, and you can make such a dramatic difference in someone's face by adding a coat or two of mascara and curling your lashes.
Best advice my mom ever gave me: - Wash your face before bed and take off all your makeup. It makes your skin so much smoother, brighter, and you look younger longer. I can't go to bed without washing my face!
