Harris Teeter Menu Plan Jan 15-21

01/13/12 12:36

If it’s your second week reading, welcome back! For those of you who are new, I hope Coupon Kitchen will help meal planning for your family easy and enjoyable.

Coupon Kitchen features menus for Harris Teeter, Bi-Lo and Lowes Foods. Of those three, Harris Teeter is the most commonly visited store in this area, so I'll share those here. But you can link to the menus for Bi-Lo and Lowes Foods, too. The subtotal this week is $45 and based on two people. If you’re feeding a family of four or more, these recipes should be very easy to double.
