Harris Teeter Weekly Menu Jan 22-28

01/20/12 11:24

Coupon Kitchen features menus for Harris Teeter, Bi-Lo and Lowes Foods. Of those three, Harris Teeter is the most commonly visited store in this area, so I'll share those here. But you can link to the menus for Bi-Lo and Lowes, too.

The subtotal this week based on two people is $54. However, many of the recipes serve four or more so make sure to check out the serving size before you head to the store. Go to Coupon Kitchen and leave a comment by 5:00 pm today for a chance to win $5 off a $40 Harris Teeter Express Lane purchase. Be sure to include your email so I can contact the winner by the end of the day!
