Super Bowl Menu + 6 Healthy Dinners

02/03/12 12:25

Coupon Kitchen features menus for Harris Teeter, Bi-Lo and Lowes Foods. Of those three, Harris Teeter is the most commonly visited store in this area, so I'll share those here. But you can link to the menus for Bi-Lo and Lowes, too.

Since the ground hog saw his shadow, I've created a menu that's geared up for 6 more weeks of winter. While I'm not ready for colder weather, I do enjoy a dish that warms you from the inside. The subtotal this week only includes Monday - Saturday since it's Super Bowl Sunday and that menu is for a crowd. The subtotal this week is right under $100. The Sweet Potato and Black Bean Chili, Tomato Basil Soup and Southwestern Chicken Soup already have 4 servings.
