Police have arrested a 23-year-old man who they say is the second suspect in the robbery and killing of a restaurant employee last month in east Charlotte.

On Jan. 15, Edward Rosen, 52, was fatally shot in the chest during a robbery at the Fast Wok restaurant on East W.T. Harris Boulevard, according to Charlotte-Mecklenburg police.

Police said one suspect was caught on surveillance cameras running from the scene. Another suspect, a man driving a PT Cruiser, was seen casing the restaurant before the shooting, police said.

Days later, police arrested 31-year-old convicted felon Briley Belk IV and charged him with armed robbery and murder. Belk remains in Mecklenburg jail, where he is being held without bond.

On Friday, police announced they'd arrested Kendrick Tabb in connection with the case. He's also charged him with armed robbery and murder. He remained in jail Saturday without bond.

Anyone with information about the case is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600.
