Curriculum fair: 6-8 p.m. Feb. 21. Parents and incoming students for 2012-13 school year are encouraged to attend.

Brawley Middle

Yearbook photos: The yearbook staff is looking for photos of activities involving BMS students outside school for use in the 2011-12 yearbook. For information, email kkennelly@iss.k12.nc.us.

Staff luncheon: Feb. 14, hosted by the Parent-Teacher-Student Organization.

Mount Mourne IB Middle

LNHM registration meeting: Feb. 9, media center. Rising eighth-graders can meet with freshmen academy counselors to discuss registration options.

Park View Elementary

All Pro Dads' Breakfast: 7:30-8:15 a.m. Feb. 17.

Kindergarten registration: 9 a.m.-1 p.m. March 2, Mooresville ARP Church, 659 Carpenter Ave., Mooresville. Parents of rising kindergarten students need to bring a certified copy of the child's birth certificate, proof of residence within the past 30 days and a child's immunizations record.

Shepherd Elementary

Give Back Day: All day Feb. 9, 16 and 23, Mooresville Sports Page, 128-D Argus Lane, Mooresville. Part of the proceeds from receipts will go to the school. Mention to your server to save your receipt for the program.

Woodland Heights Elementary

Winter Festival: 6-8 p.m. Feb. 17. Food provided by Brooklyn Boys. Among the featured activities will be math-style bingo, a dance party and a silent auction for 40 gift baskets.

Iredell-Statesville Schools

Early enrollment: Applications are being accepted from eighth-grade students for I-SS's Collaborative College for Technology and Leadership. Deadline is March 1.
