ATLANTA Georgia Tech basketball coach Brian Gregory has suspended guard Glen Rice Jr. indefinitely.
Athletics department spokesman Mike Stamus says Rice, a 21-year-old junior, was suspended Friday but declined to give a reason for the suspension.
That means Rice won't be joining his fellow Yellow Jackets as they take on Virginia Tech today in Blacksburg, Va.
Rice averages 10.4 points per game and eight rebounds per game.
