Date night winner
Christina Moubarak of Waxhaw won symphony tickets and a restaurant gift card in our Valentine's date night contest. Her entry: We moved to the Charlotte area a little over a year ago. We were so excited to be living near a big city where we could do BIG-CITY things. The reality of living in Waxhaw with three children, we just got too comfortable. Life is easier snuggling in on Friday nights after a long workweek and kids activities.
A grown-up date at Fiamma Italian restaurant and tickets to the Charlotte Symphony would bring back the romance. We met at an Italian restaurant in Wisconsin and often enjoyed the local symphony. We will be married 20 years Aug. 29.

Special hubby My husband can still make me laugh without even trying. He is one of the most honest, loyal, and caring people that I know. He is also the world's greatest father! His life has seen many challenges over the past several years and he has never once complained. Thirteen years ago, I married my best friend. I would love for him to have a special date night!
