Gabe DeVoe, Shelby: 22 points, 10 rebounds, five assists in 88-60 win over West Caldwell in sectional finals Friday

Abrea Harris, Harding girls: 16 points, 11 rebounds, six assists in 57-53 win over North Iredell in sectional finals Friday.

Kennedy Meeks, West Charlotte: 13 points, 15 rebounds, four blocks in 59-55 win over South Mecklenburg in sectional finals.

Justin Gordon, Northside Christian: 10 points, nine rebounds, four steals and four assists in N.C. Independent Schools 2A championship win over Davidson Day. He hit back-to-back 3-pointers to help Northside overcome a five-point deficit. Teammate L.C. Cooks had 12 points and six rebounds.

Saadia Timpton, Myers Park girls: 20 points in 75-46 win over Butler on Friday to send Mustangs to their first-ever regional berth.
