Pianist, soprano selected for national honor choir

Pianist and singer Maddie Cutrone, a Marvin Ridge High eleventh-grader, recently was one of 180 singers chosen by audition from 11 states for the American Choral Directors Association Southern Division Honor Choir.

Maddie sings mostly soprano and has been playing piano since she was 5. She now teaches private lessons. She has performed in the Mars Hill Choral Festival for two years and has sung with Nova Voce women’s choir for two seasons.
