05/25/12 11:07

Coupon Kitchen features menus for Harris Teeter, Bi-Lo and Lowes Foods. Of those three, Harris Teeter is the most commonly visited store in this area, so I'll share those here. But you can link to the menus for Bi-Lo and Lowes, too.

Happy Memorial Day Weekend! This is one of my favorite weekends of the year as it kicks off summer, sun and sand. It never hurts to have a day off either! What are your plans for the weekend?

The subtotal this week is $68. The shopping list reflects the amount of food you need to make the recipes for four servings. The Turkey Hot Dog with Broccoli, Grape and Pasta Salad recipe is portioned for 4 servings. However, be sure to double or triple the recipes when you’re cooking as most of the serving sizes are for two.
