Anissa Neal, a senior at Lake Norman High, received a $1,000 scholarship from David Alley & First Command Educational Foundation – its fifth annual scholarship for a graduate of the Mooresville-South Iredell Junior Leadership program.
Anissa plans to plans to attend UNC Chapel Hill to study linguistics. The Foundation collaborated with the Mooresville-South Iredell Chamber of Commerce to award the scholarship.
