7 Healthy & Easy Meals for $43!

06/15/12 17:41

Coupon Kitchen features menus for Harris Teeter, Bi-Lo and Lowes Foods. Of those three, Harris Teeter is the most commonly visited store in this area, so I'll share those here. But you can link to the menus for Bi-Lo and Lowes, too.

Happy Father's Day!! I was briefly in my hometown last weekend for my friends' gorgeous mountain wedding so unfortunately I won't be making the six hour trip again to celebrate with my dad and papaw (unfortunate that I don't get to see them, not that I am missing a six hour car ride!). However, we're headed to my in-law's on Saturday to celebrate Father's Day and maybe even the rest of my birthday weekend :) What are your plans for Father's Day? I think the Pork Tenderloin with Corn and Tomato Salad is a definite papa pleaser!

The subtotal this week is $43! That’s less than $7 per meal! The shopping list reflects the amount of food you need to make the recipes for four servings. Both pork tenderloin meals and the Skillet Baked Ziti are portioned for 4 servings. However, be sure to double or triple the recipes when you’re cooking as most of the serving sizes are for two.
