Originally from England, Sarah Ryberg has lived in Charlotte for the last 12 years and is a graduate of UNC Charlotte. After two whirlwind weddings - one in Charlotte and another in her homeland - Sarah is settling into married life and learning what it takes to be a Mrs. You can reach Sarah at sarahmryberg@yahoo.com

The bachelors were more than willing to open their hearts this week! Not only did we learn more about our bachelors’ past relationships, but several of the guys took risks with their feelings. It was definitely a whirlwind of an episode and I know my booty was on the edge of my seat all night.

I was worried when we learned about Arie’s past relationship with producer Cassie. He is my favorite bachelor, and despite his secret, I’m rooting for him. After an off-camera conversation, he explained that because the relationship was so brief, he didn’t feel like it was important. Emily agreed, and later that night, Arie even confessed that he loved her. Although she couldn'’t say it back, things look good between them. I’m excited to see where their relationship is heading. How do you feel about Arie’s secret? Has it changed your opinion about him?

However, Arie wasn’t the only one with a secret last night. During their dinner in the dungeon, John revealed that one of his previous girlfriends had cheated on him. You couldn’t help but feel bad for John and, in his own words, it explains why he’s been moving slowly with Emily. It wasn’t enough to keep him on the show though and Emily didn’t give him a rose during the rose ceremony.

The news that Chris, Sean, and Doug were heading out on the group date inspired the guys to open their hearts as well. When John returned home from his date, Sean ran down the streets of Prague after Emily. After seeing her face light up, and watching their steamy kiss in the street, all I can say is Arie better watch out! It’s no surprise that he won the only date rose and it looks like Sean is a strong choice for Emily’s heart.

Jef was feeling the risk vibe, too. Maybe it was the confidence of the puppets, but he also confessed his love. While I don’t think Emily and Jef will end up together, he has a lot of sweet qualities. For example, you have to love that he bought a puppet for Ricki. He has the makings of a good family man and their conversation in the library proved he was ready for that step. So I may be wrong, but at this point, it’s so hard to tell.

One thing is certain for me, Doug and Chris are out of the running. Doug finally took the opportunity to kiss Emily, but it was too late. He took too long to make a move and he got sent home. As for Chris, he let his fears get the best of him. While he may still be on the show, Emily loves confidence and his insecurities are getting clearer and clearer. I feel like he may be the one sent home next week, what do you think?

This episode left me with a lot of sympathy for Emily and the bachelors. She has a tough decision ahead, and while I believe she will choose Arie or Sean, I don’t know who will win the final rose. Meanwhile, there are so many genuine guys that it’s hard to think that three good guys are going home. Who has won your heart? Please share your favorites with us on our Facebook page!
