A total of four builders have now signed on to the Indian Land, S.C., development: Bonterra Builders announced in February they would begin construction and Ryland Homes, Pulte Group and D.R. Horton purchased a combined 300 lots for construction during the last week of June.
Edenmoor Land Acquisition LLC (ELA) stated in a press release that their master-planned community should have up to 20 homes under construction within the next month. ELA will continue to select builders that fit their design and architectural standards.
