Police search for man missing since University City house fire

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police are investigating the disappearance of 30-year old Camaron Sanders.

Friends and family haven’t seen or heard from Sanders since a house fire at 11000 Mallard Crossing Drive early June 28.

According to police, Sanders had been leasing the house and an investigation determined the fire’s cause was suspicious.

Sanders is described by officials as a black male, 5-foot-7, about 180 pounds with a thin build and light skin.

Anyone with information is asked to immediately call 911, Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600 or lead detective J.L. Tuttle at 704-336-7495.
