The winner: My husband packed our bulb planter (the tall one you step on to make a hole in the ground) with our beach umbrella. He put the planter in the sand and put the umbrella in as far down as it would go. He attached the chain to the handle of the bulb planter. Even in high beach winds, the umbrella was stable. Toss yogurt in the freezer
Pop a carton of your fave yogurt into the freezer – it’s as good as ice cream without so many calories and sugar. This is my favorite snack to bring to work. At night I put a carton of yogurt and a spoon into a zip-style bag and in the freezer. When I am flying out the door the next morning, I have a wonderful healthy treat waiting for me!
