At 18, Janet Hoang, left, and Lisa Hoang are already examples of innovation, determination and teamwork.
The twin sisters – who recently graduated with honors from West Mecklenburg High – started a corporation, Amour L.N.H., that features a haute couture line of women’s and men’s clothing.
Lisa (shown in one of her designs), who started selling handbags as a freshman, handles the needle and thread and designs. Janet helps in making executive decisions and plans the marketing.
“It’s all about the quality we deliver,” says Janet, still undecided about where she’ll go to college this fall. Lisa will attend N.C. State.
