Police seek suspects in Bojangles’ robbery

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are asking for the public’s help to identify two men who robbed a Bojangles’ restaurant Monday evening just north of uptown.

The suspects entered the fast-food restaurant, located on North Tryon Street near 28th Street, around 5:45 p.m. At least one of the suspects had a gun, and the pair fled with cash, according to a police report.

On Tuesday, police released surveillance footage that shows the pair walking into the restaurant.

Anyone with information about the suspects is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600.
