The three Charlotte-Mecklenburg schools inside the Interstate 277 loop – First Ward Creative Arts Academy, Metro School and Irwin Academic Center – will return to normal schedules Friday. They dismissed early for part of the week.
Uptown streets that been closed were expected to reopen by 9 a.m. Friday.
Full service on the Lynx light rail line will resume Friday.
CATS will resume using its permanent transit center at Third and Mint Streets on Friday.
