Authorities reported no injuries in a house fire Friday morning in northeast Charlotte.

The fire was reported about 9 a.m. at a residence in the 1600 block of Cromwell Court. That is in a neighborhood between The Plaza and East Sugar Creek Road, a few blocks from Garinger High School.

Charlotte fire Capt. Rob Brisley says it took a crew of 27 firefighters about 22 minutes to subdue the blaze.
