Samuelson to speak to GOP women

State Rep. Ruth Samuelson will speak to the Mecklenburg Evening Republican Women’s Club Tuesday.

Samuelson, a Charlotte Republican, will speak to the group at Red Rocks Cafe, 4223 Providence Road #B. A social hour starts at 6 p.m.; the program starts at 7 p.m.
