Enjoy the diversity of Indian food, art, dance, music and Bollywood entertainment. Get a henna tattoo, watch a yoga demonstration and more. The festivities outside Knight Theater, including dozens of performances, are free, but the inside part of the festival will cost $5 (free for kids under 10).

Enjoy live blues music, free burritos and beverages – all while helping out local charities. This year, donations go to Mooresville Christian Mission and Serenity House. The Part Time Blues Band, with guitarist Rusty Barkley, is headlining.

Explore the UNCC Center City building, and enjoy demonstrations, performances and displays highlighting UNCC programs and departments. The event will be emceed by National Poetry Slam Master Boris Rogers. Highlights include UNC Charlotte mascot Norm The Nine, the new Charlotte 49ers football team (3-4:30 p.m.); Festival of New Plays (also Sunday at 2 p.m.); NASA-inspired activities and family friendly activities from Levine Museum of the New South.
