Happy Monday! …again

We are coming up on being 4 months away from our final weigh-in and 12 months from my wedding! Wowza! Some of the girls’ big days are right around the corner! How exciting!

We had our September weigh-in last week. Better late then never! Especially considering Flex + Fit’s scale said I weighed 148! Hooray! Maybe it’s been the little extra motivation I have. Jeff and I are going to the Dominican Republic in November, and I currently would not be caught dead in a bathing suit. I’m hoping I’ll be back into the land of the 130’s by that time. It’s going to take a lot of hard work though…we are about 5-6 weeks away. If I lose about 1½ pounds a week, I’ll be golden! I think finding a way to get back into Flex + Fit at least twice a week with help - especially if I keep up with the good streak I've got going with my running and lifting.

I’m keeping my blog short and sweet this week, more specifically the wedding part. Jeff and I have unfortunately taken a serious blow to our planning a little over a week ago. After Jeff coached me through my melt down and reminded me of the big picture (getting to marry my best friend, duh!), I bit the bullet and moved on…well I’m still moving on. Maybe once the grieving process is over I will share for others to learn from! But for now, all I can do is stay positive and trust that the man upstairs has a bigger plan for us.

Next week, I’ll chat about wedding planners…and how BOMB they are!

Happy week!

World peace and skinny jeans,

Sheri xo
