Greenway to host Fall Festival

The Anne Springs Close Greenway in Fort Mill will host its annual Fall Festival each weekend through the end of October.

The festival will feature horse and wagon rides, a corn maze and haunted corn field and a pick-your-own pumpkin patch at the Greenway, a 2,100-acre nature preserve.

The event begins Saturday and ends Oct 28, when there will be a Halloween costume contest with prizes.

The festival will be open 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturdays and 1 p.m.-6 p.m. Sundays. Beginning on Oct. 12, the festival will open on Fridays from dusk to 10 p.m.

Admission is $10 for Greenway members and $12 for nonmembers. Discounted rates will be available for teachers, grandparents and military families on some days.
