A Stanley man faces child pornography charges after authorities said they found inappropriate images and video of children at a Lincoln County home.
Sebastian Alexander Morris, 26, is charged with four counts of felony second-degree exploitation of a minor, according to the Lincoln County Sheriffs Office.
Lincoln officials said the arrest follows an investigation launched earlier this month when an undercover FBI agent reported receiving pornographic materials over the internet from Morris. The FBI asked the sheriffs office to investigate the situation further.
Federal and local authorities executed a search warrant at Morris home on Thursday, where they said they seized three laptops, a Think Pad and an i-Phone from the residence. A forensics exam revealed the pornographic materials, authorities said in a news release.
Morris was arrested Thursday and booked into jail under a $40,000 bond, but he appeared to have bonded out of custody by Friday afternoon.
The sheriffs office said its investigation is ongoing and more charges could be filed.
