Pumpkin Turkeys: Just for our youngest guests (age 3 and under), this festive craft encourages little birds to work their fine-motor skills and counting abilities while making their own pumpkin turkeys to take home.

Pasta Art: Noodle this! Pasta comes in all shapes and sizes, and we added some fall colors to ours. Join us in I CAN Create to learn about colors through art with macaroni, shells, spaghetti and more.
November 7
Pumpkin Play Dough: Use your sense of smell and touch with one of our favorite recipes as we explore the basics of cooking by making pumpkin play dough. It smells good enough to eat!
November 8
Pumpkin Pudding: Orange you a chef? Give your taste buds a treat on this special day. Adults and children will make their own pumpkin pie together by mixing, measuring, counting and estimating in this cooking activity.
November 13
Autumn Detectives: Join us in the Learning Garden while we explore nature and why the leaves change colors. Well branch out by reading Lois Ehlerts Leaf Man and making our own stories from leaves.
November 14
Cranberry Craze: November isnt complete without cranberries. Join us for a lesson on how to make cranberry sauce, then shimmy over to the fitness area to get moving in a spectacular cranberry relay race.
November 15
Thanksgiving Shoppers: Time to make Thanksgiving dinner! Little shoppers will stop at our bank to withdrawal money from the bank teller and then shop for their Thanksgiving dinner items in the grocery store with the help of the cashier.
November 20
Turkey in the Straw: This program is for our youngest guests (age 3 and under). Join us while explore the season with puppets, stories, sorting games and music in this all-about-turkeys day.
November 21
Teepee Building: Learn about the life styles of Native Americans through teepee building. We will explore Native American symbols and work motor skills by building a teepee together.
November 27
Apple of My Eye: Well get to the core of what makes the apple such a spectacular food by learning about its different parts, then making applesauce together. Children will learn the basics of cooking while getting a tasty treat.
November 28
Fall Math: Count those acorns! Little ones will use beginning math skills to study fun fall objects as we make patterns, estimate and count together.
November 29
Hibernation Station: Colder weather is coming fast, and some animals are nestling down for the winter season. Join us in I CAN Build as we create dens cozy enough for some animals to want to sleep all year long.
