If you prefer eating Thanksgiving dinner to cooking it, youre not alone. Last year, the National Restaurant Association estimated that 14 million Americans spent the holiday ordering off a menu. Sound tempting? Theres still time to make reservations. From traditional turkey to an Asian twist, many of Lake Normans top restaurants are keeping their doors open so you dont have to lift a fingerjust a fork.

The restaurant will be serving a buffet of salad, turkey and stuffing, mashed potatoes and other vegetables, pumpkin pie and fresh bread. There will also be a carving station for ham or beef.

Healthy Home Market in Davidson will be offering turkeys and pre-cooked ham and prime rib along with many different fresh sides, ready for pick up. They will also have many vegetarian and gluten-free options as well. Call for specials and pricing. The store will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, but is hosting a holiday preview tasting event on Saturday, November 3, from 1 to 4 p.m.
