In response to consumer demands and competitive pressure, retailers have been pushing Black Friday earlier and earlier, even into Thanksgiving itself. With many stores opening at midnight, workers often have to be ready long before the turkey dinner has settled. The Observer is looking for retail workers willing to share their experiences.
