Reduce energy costs that come from interstate trucking of produce and avoid having produce rot in the refrigerator drawer by growing herbs, micro greens and smaller vegetable plants all year in a hydoponic garden box. Uses water and electrical connections such as those from a dishwasher. The two-shelf residential unit is available on wheels as a stand-alone piece or can be built into the lower kitchen cabinetry. It’s pre-programmed with growing cycles and automatically controls light inside the box. Automatic controls also manage air circulation and flood watering. Add organic plant food once a week.
