ENOCHVILLE -- Rowan County authorities say they are looking for a man who robbed a convenience store at gunpoint late Wednesday night in the southwest part of the county.
The sheriff’s office says about 10 p.m. that night, a man armed with a shotgun walked into the Express Mart, at West C Street and Enochville Avenue, and demanded money. No injuries were reported.
The man is described as a black male, in his mid 20s, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and tennis shoes. Anyone with information in the case is asked to call detectives at 704-216-8687 or 704-216-8711, or leave information with Crime Stoppers, 1-866-639-5245.
