Charlotte-Mecklenburg police have arrested four men in connection with recent robberies less than a half-mile apart in northeast Charlotte.

Three of the suspects are accused in an armed robbery that occurred around 11 p.m. Oct. 31 in the 10100 block of Margie Ann Road near UNC Charlotte. Two people told police that they were approached from behind by several suspects, including one who displayed a gun and took property from the victims before running off.

Police said their investigation led them to suspect Eric Flowe, 22; Brenton Harris, 19; and Devin Dorsey, 16, in the Oct. 31 incident. Officers also linked Flowe, Harris and another man, 31-year-old Myron Colson, to a robbery three days earlier on Suther Road.

All of the suspects were charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon and were being held in the Mecklenburg County jail late Tuesday morning.

Police asked anyone with information about the robberies or suspects to call Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600 or visit http://charlottecrimestoppers.com
