Carolina Thread Trail celebrates 5th anniversary

The Carolina Thread Trail will celebrate its fifth anniversary by marking its 100th mile on Saturday, November 17 from 10 a.m.-11 a.m. at the West Branch Nature Preserve Trail in Davidson. The event will be marked with an unveiling of its 100th mile marker with a specially-comissioned artistic monument. Nature hikes will also be led by Dr. Mark Stanback and Dr. David Grant of Davidson College.
