What to expect for your Friday morning commute

While most of the major thoroughfares are relatively clear this morning, one accident at W T Harris Boulevard and Old Sugar Creek Road is slowing down commuters, NBC Charlotte, the Observer’s news partner, reported.

Meanwhile, traffic is building on I-85 northbound from I-485 to Highway 73 as well as I-485 from Independence Boulevard to I-77.
