Charlotte area residents can expect cooler than normal temperatures and mostly clear skies on Friday and over the weekend, according to the National Weather Service.
Temperatures are expected to reach a high of 58 degrees today, with a low of about 33 degrees, meterologist Chris Horne said.
Generally, a mid-November weekend would have high temperatures around 63 degrees.
Horne said Saturday will be slighly more cloudy, with temperatures reaching a high of 58. The low will be around 38 degrees by Saturday night.
By Sunday, residents will see more clouds than sun, with a possibility of a late day shower, Horne said. Sundays low will be about 40 degrees, with a high of 55 degrees.
Next week will be about the same, Horne said.
Theres nothing big brewing toward the holiday, he said. We may have a token shower chance here or there but nothing big on the horizon.
