    DiFabion Remodeling.

    The project sought to open a home with compartmentalized rooms by widening openings into adjacent rooms, improved the footprint of the kitchen eliminated a pantry to provide more open space.. Added an island that with pendant lighting and clipped corners on the granite counter top to allow for better traffic flow. Hickory hardwood flooring offered a mixture of light and dark accents to complement the cabinets.

    Advanced Renovation.

    Owners loved the Georgian brick home but the aging deck was falling away from the house and decided to replace it with project for year-round enjoyment. They wanted it to feel like a natural extension and decided to make the fireplace a key focal point. They added a full masonry foundation with a suspended slab to allow for storage below.
