We got our garlic in the ground this week.

I planted Sunday and Jenifer planted Monday. I left work early Monday and came to help before the rain came. Levi and his friend Cody also helped. They were out of school and we offered them money to help. ...

We planted our main garlic varieties of hardneck music and softneck inchelium red, along with seven other varieties we are building up seed stock for. It takes two to three years of building seed stock before we have enough to sell.

Cranky?

Jenifer has been building new hog pens, driving T-posts and setting up 16-foot hog and cattle panels. Our T-post driver is insane. Home-made and weighs around 30 pounds.

She might be aching and in a sour mood at the farmers market Saturday. Just a warning.
