Lenoir police are investigating an early-morning shooting that left one person injured.
Police were called to the 200 block of Greenhaven Drive just before 2 a.m. Wednesday. There they found 25-year-old Colin Lee Taylor, who was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his back.
Taylor was flown to Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte where he underwent surgery. An update on his condition was not immediately available.
Police said no arrests have been made at this point, but said the shooting remains under investigation.
