ROCK HILL Police accuse a Rock Hill woman of cutting a man in his face with a razor Tuesday.

Evelyn Renee Williams, 55, is charged with second-degree assault and battery, according to a Rock Hill police report. The man and a few witnesses told police Williams cut him on his left cheek and nose while they were arguing on State Road around 2:30 a.m.

An intoxicated Williams told officers she attacked the man because he attacked her out of nowhere, the report states. A witness, who police say was also drunk, said the two often argued.
