During Santa’s busiest time of the year he’ll spend an afternoon with Rock Hill children to take photos and hear what they want for Christmas.
ChristmasVille’s “A Story With Santa In The Garden” is at 11:30 a.m. Dec. 1 at Glencairn Garden. Children can hear Santa read “Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer” and enjoy free hot chocolate and cookies.
Rock Hill’s parks, recreation and tourism department and the Galleria Mall are sponsoring the event.
The mall will provide candy canes and reindeer antlers for children. Parents are welcome to take photos of their children with Santa at the event.
Rock Hill has also scheduled the annual, free “Deck the Halls” event on Nov. 29 at 6 p.m. in the Old Town Amphitheater. Music groups from local schools will perform and offer a holiday sing-a-long.
