Traffic around Charlotte’s shopping areas is what you’d expect for late morning on Black Friday.
Congestion is being reported in most areas, but there are no reports of collisions or other problems blocking travel lanes near malls and other major shopping sites.
The only reported wreck at 10:45 a.m. was near an old shopping area -- Eastland. Police report a collision on Central Avenue, between Albemarle and Sharon Amity roads.
