A Lincoln County man faces charges after authorities say he inappropriately touched a 14-year-old girl earlier this year.
Peter Edmayrd Jay III, 22, was charged with one felony count of taking indecent liberties with a child. He turned himself into Lincoln authorities on Monday, and has since been released from custody after posting a $10,000 bond.
Authorities say Jay is an acquaintance of the victim's family, and the crimes occurred at his residence on Car Farm Road sometime between July 1 and August 25 of this year.
